Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds and replacements

Every Quietly Glorious item is made individually after you order. This helps us avoid pre-producing finished QG stock and unnecessary unsold inventory. Being made to order does not remove your statutory consumer rights.

Changing your mind

For standard, non-personalised goods bought online, UK consumers generally have 14 days after receiving the goods to tell us they wish to cancel. After telling us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods. Please contact us before returning anything so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Where the law permits, you may be responsible for the cost of returning a non-faulty item. If you paid for delivery, any refund of the original delivery charge will be handled in accordance with your statutory rights.

Goods that are genuinely personalised or made to your individual specifications may be excluded from the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right where the legal exception applies. Choosing standard options such as a normal size or colour does not by itself remove your consumer rights.

Faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review the problem and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund. Our production partner Printful supports claims for damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect or lost orders, but your contract and statutory rights remain with Quietly Glorious.

Fit and sizing

Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering. This does not affect any statutory cancellation or faulty-goods rights that apply to your purchase.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your legal rights in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described, not of satisfactory quality or otherwise fail to meet applicable UK consumer law.
