Terms of Service

About these terms

These terms apply when you use quietlyglorious.com or place an order with Quietly Glorious. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Shipping, Returns and Privacy policies. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

UK sales

We currently accept orders for delivery to UK addresses only. Prices are displayed in GBP and applicable taxes are included where required.

Orders and payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and successful payment. Payments are processed securely through Shopify checkout. The payment methods available to you are those shown at checkout and may include supported digital wallets such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Made-to-order production

Every Quietly Glorious item is made individually after you order. We do not pre-produce finished QG stock. Please allow around 3 working days for the personal production stage. Total UK delivery is typically around 10–14 days from order, although this is an estimate rather than a guarantee.

Products

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Minor differences in colour, print placement or appearance can occur because of screen settings and the individual production process. These tolerances do not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your cancellation, return and refund rights are set out in our Returns & Refunds page. Standard online purchases may carry statutory cancellation rights. Genuinely personalised or customer-specific goods may be treated differently where the law provides an exception.

Intellectual property

Quietly Glorious branding, designs, artwork, copy and other original site content are owned by or licensed to Quietly Glorious and may not be reproduced without permission except where permitted by law.

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where it would be unlawful to do so, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to an order are those in force when the order is placed, subject to applicable law.
