Shipping & Delivery
UK delivery only
Quietly Glorious currently accepts orders for delivery to UK addresses only.
Made individually after you order
Every Quietly Glorious item is made individually after your order is placed through our print-on-demand production partner. We do not pre-produce finished QG stock, helping us avoid overproduction and unsold inventory.
Please allow around 3 working days for the personal production stage. Production time can vary by product, order volume and production location.
Delivery timing
Total UK delivery is typically around 10–14 days from the date you order. This is an estimated delivery window rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier disruption, peak periods, production issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control can occasionally cause delays.
Tracking information is sent when your order is dispatched where tracking is available.
If your order is late or missing
If the estimated delivery window has passed, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate. If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Sophie from Richmond story “The Weight of Quiet...
“The truth is, sometimes it feels like I’ve built a life that doesn’t leave room for me in it. I’m grateful — endlessly grateful — but also quietly exhausted”.
